Nokia Lumia 920 was so far available exclusively at Everything
Everywhere Limited (telecommunications company). EE’s exclusivity for Nokia
Lumia 920 will come to an end, as Vodafone UK has officially announced that
Nokia’s Windows Phone 8 smartphone will line-up on January 2013. Vodafone UK will add another member to its
Windows Phone 8 portfolio, next to HTC Windows Phone 8X, HTC Windows Phone 8S,
and Nokia Lumia 820.
Samsung ATIV S is missing from the list, a Windows Phone 8
smartphone that is highly anticipated by the supporters of Microsoft’s mobile
operating system.
Nokia Lumia 920 comes with a 4.5-inch (In-Plane Switching
technology ) 1,280 x 720 pixels and Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection, being
underpinned by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 SoC based on two Krait cores clocked at
1.5 GHz. The Nokia smartphone also packs 1 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage
(no microSD card support), 3G, LTE, 8 megapixel camera with 1080p capabilities,
and 2,000 mAh battery, all these while weighing in 185 grams. It also includes wireless charger.
